B.E.S.T. Physical Therapy Associates has a dedicated physical therapy staff comprised of New York State licensed professionals with extensive knowledge and training in anatomy, physiology, and the biomechanics of the body. The B.E.S.T. team is here to give our patients the personalized, one-on-one care and encouragement necessary for healing and a quick recovery.

Boris Zaretsky, DPT

Dr. Boris Zaretsky has 17 years of experience in the field of Physical Therapy. He was the Head of the Rehabilitation Department at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY, from August 2001 through September 2005.


Dr. Zaretsky received his Bachelor in Physiotherapy from Tel Aviv University, Israel and his D.P.T. from Stony Brook University in New York.


Dr. Zaretsky specializes in shoulder and knee rehabilitation, and in ergonomic consulting.

Tammy Loh, MPT

Tammy joined the physical therapy staff at B.E.S.T. in 2007. She performs physical therapy evaluations, and provides quality patient care, education, and discharge planning.  


Tammy is also certified to perform Functional Capacity Evaluations, which can give pertinent information regarding a person’s maximum safe function for Pre-Work Screening, return to work, or disability assessment.


Tammy loves to travel and enjoys driving in her Buick to provide services both on and off-site between New York City, Westchester, and upstate New York.


Tammy received her Master's degree in Physical Therapy from Hunter College in 2004.

Susan Greenberg, MS, PT

B.E.S.T.'s co-founder has been a licensed physical therapist since 1976, with 38 years of experience in orthopedic rehabilitation and physical therapy services for both adults and children, including infants. 


Susan also performs:

  • Functional Capacity Evaluations
  • Return to Work (Work Hardening) Programs 
  • Expert Witness in determining an injured person's current functional capacities and/or limitations
  • File Review for Standard of Care
  • Ergonomic Evaluations and expert reports for a variety of corporations, hospitals, and government departments and agencies
  • Job Site Analysis and corresponding Pre-Placement Screens
  • Injury Management/Prevention
  • Training and corporate program development
